Youth in Revolt (R, Comedy) B+

Nick (Michael Cera) is a 16 year old who lives with him Mom and her boyfriend. He is seriously concerned with meeting the right girl and having sex soon for the first time. He doesn’t spend too much time wishing to find the right girl since he meets Sheeni (Portia Doubleday) at the beginning of the movie. Unfortunately he soon has to move back with his Mom so Sheeni tells him he must get into trouble so that he’ll be sent to live with his Dad. He is incapable of getting into trouble so he creates a second persona that allows him to do all sorts of wild stuff and also improves his chances with Sheeni. Both of his personalities were fun to watch and too see how they played against each other. The supporting characters were also funny and interesting.
