Things We Lost in the Fire (R,
Drama) C-
Halle Berry plays a woman whose husband (David
Duchovny) passes away so she turns to his closest friend (Benicio del Toro)
to comfort her but it turns out he is a drug addict and at the same time
they’re sort of falling for each other. The movie keeps having flashbacks
that were too numerous and long. The overall movie was also very slow and
it didn’t deliver on the drama that it tries to create despite having
two great actors.
