Semi-Pro (R, Comedy) F+

Jackie Moon (Will Ferrell) is an owner and player of a basketball team that has to finish in at least fourth place in his division to be merged into the NBA. This movie has the usual sports theme of a team trying to get together to overcome a challenge. Unfortunately the movie doesn’t take the opportunity to make fun of this theme and is instead full of bad jokes and parts meshed together. I usually like Will Ferrell’s movies so this was a disappointment.
