Rango (PG, Drama, Comedy) C

In this animated movie a lizard named Rango (Johnny Depps) ends up on the dessert where he finds his way to a small town that is undergoing a draught. Since he tells the town’s people that he killed 7 bad guys with one bullet they decide to make him the sheriff. This movie was too drawn out even though it had some funny parts. I wouldn’t recommend it for little kids as it deals with death, suicide, and shows one of the bad guys smoking. It also has a lot violence and a giant snake that is too scary for children. The plot is also too complex for little kids. Johnny Depp was great as the voice of Rango though.
