Two sisters (Natalie Portman, Scarlett Johansson)
are made available to the King so that their family can enjoy the financial
rewards that being related to him would bring. The story was a very gripping
one despite its historical inaccuracies. The movie would have been much
better if they had cast different actors for certain roles; a couple of
them kept reminding me I was watching a movie which didn’t let me
get too emotionally involved with their characters.
