One for the Money (PG-13, Comedy, Action) B-
Stephanie Plum has lost her job as a manager at a major department store. With her rent being in arrears she decides to take a job as a bounty hunter. She soon discovers that there is a $50,000 prize for bringing in a former boyfriend. He claims to be innocent and as she is searching for him she begins to learn there might be some possible truth to his story. Stephanie narrates to the audience during a great part of the film. I didn’t think this narration was something that worked here; it makes the movie feel to serious when it is supposed to be a comedy.
