Martha Marcy May Marlene (R, Drama) D-

A young woman escapes from a cult and finds shelter at her sister’s house that she had not seen for two years.  As she is living with them she exhibits some odd behavior that does not conform to normal social norms.  This didn’t make a lot of sense to me since she only lived with the cult for two years and seems to have had a normal upbringing before that.  The film keeps switching back to what her life in the cult was like and then back to the present were she is living with her sister.  While it was interesting to see how crazy her cult life was the present story line was very boring.
