Machine Gun Preacher (R, Action, Drama) B+

Gerard Butler portrays Sam Childers in this amazing true story.  The film starts out with Sam being released from jail and going back to a life of drug use and crime.  He soon decides to join his wife in her newfound faith in God.  This eventually leads to his becoming a preacher in Sudan to help orphaned children from the war.   The film could have been better if it focused more on Sam Childers transformation and had a little less action.
