License to Wed (PG-13, Comedy) C+

Robin William plays a priest who administers a marriage course to a recently engaged couple. The bride (Many Moore) is all for taking the course but her fiance is not as enthusiastic especially after the priest’s unorthodox methods. After a half hour this movie that isn’t too funny looses most of its momentum.
