Lakeview Terrace (PG-13, Thriller) C-

A couple moves into a house were it turns out their neighbor (Samuel L. Jackson) is a police officer that has decided to pick on them by doing all sorts of stuff to them. They soon start getting back at each other which at first is interesting but it gets tiring after a while, this movie could have been much better in many ways.
