A mother and her son have to move out of Detroit
for her new job in China. Once there her son Dre runs into a bully at his
school. This leads him to learn Kung Fu from their building’s maintenance
man. Like the original movie the story was excellent and Jaden Smith was
very charming in his role. Unfortunately a lot of this movie felt like a
promotional video for China when they could have take the opportunity to
show some of the human rights abuses and censorship that is so prevalent
in that country.
