When Mandela (Morgan Freeman) becomes President
of South Africa he realizes he has to bring the country together after years
of division. President Mandela lobbies the team’s captain (Matt Daemon)
to make it to the world cup of Rugby to help the country unite in its support.
The movie does an excellent job demonstrating the division President Mandela
had to face and the steps he took to bring the country together.
