Inkheart (PG, Family, Fantasy) B-

A man (Brendan Fraser) has the ability to bring characters from books to life by just reading aloud. He soon finds out that too many characters have come to life and he can’t control them. There is a little more to the main plot which does a good job of maintaining interest. The movie would have been better if it had a more serious tone and the background music was better or perhaps less prominent.
