George Lonegan (Matt Damon) has the ability to talk to people’s loved ones who have passed on to the next life. After becoming very successful with his practice he finds out it’s too much for him to take in so he quits to take an average job and try to have an average life. As some events unfold he still has to give the occasional psychic reading. The movie also has two separate story lines that are very interesting on their own. The film might seem a bit long since due to these story lines, one of them might be actually more interesting than the main story line.
