The Girl With the Dragon Tattoo (R, Drama, Crime) B

Lisbeth has grown up as a ward of the state and still has to report to a guardian even though she is 23 years old.  She is exceptionally good at hacking into computers and investigating people.  The main focus of the film is on Mikael; a reporter who is investigating a 40 year old murder case.  There are so many people being investigated in this film that it makes it feel like you aren’t on top of all the details.  Mikael had a flowchart on his wall to help him keep track of everyone.  Daniel Craig plays the part of Mikael, and while I am fan of his work I don’t think he was the best choice for this film.  I’m not used to see him play what is essentially a wimpy guy.  I would still recommend you see this film since the next two in the series get much better.
