Fool’s Gold (PG-13, Comedy, Action) B-

Matthew McConaughey and Kate Hudson play a couple who decide to hunt for a treasure despite their recent divorce and other complications such as not having any money and some bad guys that want to beat them to the treasure. Kate Hudson does a good job as the anchor for all the comedy in this movie, perhaps so good that it leaves the other characters too dependent on her. Some parts were too violent for what is supposed to be a light hearted comedy.
