Dinner for Schmucks (PG-13, Comedy) B+

Barry (Steve Carell) has the odd hobby of collecting mice, having them stuffed and then dressing them up like real people. He also manages to say the wrong thing at the worst possible moment. When Tim (Paul Rudd) bumps into him he decides to bring him to a special dinner his boss has every month. At this dinner the person who brings the most eccentric person wins a prize. Before the dinner Barry wreaks havoc on Tim’s life, thereby making Tim wonder if he made the right choice. A couple of scenes were too exaggerated but overall this is a very funny movie. Steve Carell has a second great hit this summer with this movie; the first one being Despicable Me.
