Conan the Barbarian (R, Action) C+

As a boy, Conan’s village is destroyed by a warlord and his daughter who is a sorcerer.  The scenes involving her were pretty bad to watch.  She tries to appear so evil that she just looks kind of silly.  The best part of the movie involves the parts showing his life as a boy with his father.  The fight scenes were great and there is a lot of action but it could have used a better screenplay and less characters.
