Cedar Rapids (R, Drama, Comedy) B

Tim Lippe (Ed Helms) is an insurance salesman as a very small town he’s never left. His boss decides to send him to an annual insurance conference were he is told he must win the “Two Diamond” award. His boss also tells him to stay away from Dean Ziegler (John C. Reilly) since he is a rotten guy and a poacher. Once he gets there everything goes wrong for Tim. The pressure of being in a new place is too much for him; he’s more like a child than a man. This movie sort of made me feel as if I was at the insurance conference myself, but the story between Tim and his new friends was an inspiring one since it showed the importance of having good friends and people you can count on.
