Broken Embraces (R, Drama) A-

A film director who has gone blind gets a visit from an acquaintance from the past which opens the door to a past he has been trying to overcome. There’s a lot more to the story which you’ll love to watch unfold. This is another film made by the Spanish director Almodovar. The only drawback with this film is that it repeats elements which have been present in his other films so it feels like he may be running out of ideas.
