Biutiful (R, Drama) C

This film received an Oscar nomination for Best Foreign Film; so I had high expectations when I went to see it. Javier Bardem plays the part of a man who is sick, has two children and a wife that is bipolar. He also seems to have an ability to communicate with those who have died recently. The film is extremely drawn out and except for the two children it doesn’t have any likable characters.
